The Hotel as expected by official rating lives up to the standard without being overduly formal. My stay was a buisness conference and in all honesty had reservations that this was the chosen accommodation mainly due to being height of season , location as I was the only Palma based member, all of my colleagues were travelling to the island and I felt what a pity that we were going to be based in such an isolated area. However I was proved wrong, the conference facilities as attendee were excellent, refreshments for breaks excellent standard (though coffee served had room for improvement). My stay was made almost non work and felt like a break due to the outstanding service, the pool bar bar staff were exceptional, as were the morning pool attendants, one in particular had only started working there a month before credit to him. In addition the waiting staff and manager at our gala dinner, made it special and as I have special dietary requirements they adapted without drama the set meal to cater for my needs superbly and as a rare experience for me without fuss or making me feel awkward. I now happily recommend this Hotel to my sister work colleagues who this week are attending a conference with you.
